Five years ago, we hit enter on something big—something that started as an idea
between two friends who were also colleagues and teammates in the banking
world. We spent hours dreaming, debating, and figuring out what kind of compan
we actually wanted to build. Not just clean code or fancy tools, but strong
relationships, solid teams, and solutions that actually help people. That’s how
Fusion IT was born.
It hasn’t always been easy. We’ve had our share of endless workdays, late nights,
and weekends spent working side by side with our Growth team. We’ve constantly
worried about how to grow the company in the right way, how to improve, how to
deliver real value while staying true to who we are.
One of the best decisions we made early on was reaching out to former
colleagues, people we’d worked with before and admired not just for their skills,
but for their values and passion. People we trusted to play important games with.
Today, those same people are still with us, leading some of the most important
areas of the company. And as Fusion IT grows, every new team member is carefully
chosen, not just to maintain the quality of our service, but to protect the human
quality that makes this team special.
We’ve formed an amazing group of people. We’ve built a Growth area full of
talented professionals who drive our vision forward. We’ve led successful projects
across multiple industries and countries. Internally, we’ve found a rhythm that
gives us structure without losing the closeness and trust that make Fusion IT what
it is. In fact, we’ve become so solid as a team that we’re now going through the
demanding ISO 27001 certification process—smoothly, and confidently.
Of course, we know there’s still a lot of work ahead. This month, we’re launching
our new AI area, and we’re excited about the opportunities (and the learning) that
will come with it.
To everyone who’s been part of this: thank you. Seriously. You’ve made these first
five years unforgettable.
